At the recent production of “Tony and Liz Tie the Knot”, those who attended the local event were invited to chat, dance and  eat with the cast and crew of the performance. The Dinner Theater was a fundraiser for Resources 4 Autism. All the proceeds from the play will stay locally to help families struggling with autism. Many local businesses donated to the event to send it off with a bang! The wedding cake was donated by Sweets to Remember, photography and DJ services were performed by ADI Photography/Productions and the wedding attire was donated by The Wedding Shoppe.

The interactive play was based on The Hill in St. Louis and had many characteristics that Lincoln County could relate to. The mention of Cardinals Baseball, My Three Ladies Wine and Steak Haus, Imo’s and our farm settings were all incorporated into the play to really give it a genuine feel. The main story line was based around a wedding, trust, and young love. The actors walked you through some trust issues, fights, heartbreak and a happy ending all in the matter of hours as the play went on. By the end of the performance, everyone felt like they were family! This group of actors and actresses did a great job performing and bringing a touch of Lincoln County to the stage all for a good cause.
