James Carnahan- Frances Frost- Bob Schwartz
James W. Carnahan, age 86, of Eolia, passed away at his residence in Eolia.
He was born on Feb. 1, 1926, in Hendricks, Mo., to Edward and Ola Mae (Wheeling) Carnahan.
After attending the local schools, he enrolled in the U.S. Navy during WWII and served aboard the USS President Monroe. James met Alice (Decker) and they were later married on June 30, 1951 in Murphysboro, Ill. To this union were born six children, James, Randall, Mark, Annette, Kimberly and Robert.
James was a member of Iron Works Local 395 in Hammond, Ind. for 10 years, then Local 396 in St. Louis for 50 years. He was a Mason in Eolia and a lifetime member of the VFW.
He is survived by his loving wife Alice of Eolia, three sons; James L. Carnahan and wife, Shari, of Silex, Randall J. Carnahan, of Eolia, Mark E. and wife, Christine, of Eolia, two daughters: Annette R McCarthy and husband, Ken, of Frankford, Kimberly Dunn and husband, Ted, of Leavenworth, Kan., one brother: Charles Eugene Carnahan of Chester, Ill.; four sisters: Evelyn Raley, of Chester, Ill., Marie (Dewey) Wilfong and husband, Dewey, of Chester, Ill., Barbara Tiller and husband, Carl, of Chester, Ill., Brenda and husband, Wayne Ramsey, of Chester, Ill., 16 grandchildren, 11 great-granchildren and many other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Frances J. Frost ,age 64, of Moscow Mills,MO passed away on Saturday Jan. 26, 2013 at her home with her loving family by her side.
She was born on May 14, 1948, in Blytheville, Ark. to Elwood and Geraldine (Singleton) Keeling. Frances grew up with her two brothers and one sister: Jerry, Larry and JoAnn. After attending the local schools, she went to school to become a computer programmer. Frances was blessed with two wonderful children: Dianna and Michael, who were the light of her life. Frances and Danny Frost were married on May 25, 1996, in Hawk Point and what a wonderful day that was for both of them. Working at Calvins in Troy for over five years, Frances met a lot of people and always touched their lives, in a positive way. Being a member of Faith Baptist Church in Bridgeton and also a Salt Partner with Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas was an important part of her life.
Frances is survived by her husband; Danny Frost, of Moscow Mills, her daughters: Dianna Psyhogios and husband, Nick, of Chicago, Ill., and Angel West and husband, Charles, of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, her son: Michael Sanchez of Chicago, Ill., her mother: Geraldine Keeling, of Hawk Point; her brother: Jerry Keeling, of Hawk Point; her sister: JoAnn Vestal and husband, Kenny, of Troy, four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held Tuesday Jan. 29, 2013 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at McCoy-Blossom Funeral Home & Cremation Center Troy, M0 A funeral service was slso held Tuesday Jan. 29, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the McCoy-Blossom Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 1304 Boone Street, Troy. Rev. Dan Gonnerman officiated.

Bob Schwartz, age 51, of Vandalia, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, at his residence.
He was born on Oct. 3, 1961, in Mexico, Mo. to Henry and Shirley (Groeber) Schwartz. Bob grew up with his two brothers: Larry and Jerry, his two sisters: Nancy and Peggy.After attending the local schools, Bob became a carpenter and did that for a number of years. Bob was blessed with a beautiful daughter Shanerrah, who was the light of his life.
Bob is survived by his daughter; Shanerrah Schwartz, of St. Charles, his mother Shirley Meeker, of Vandalia, two brothers: Larry ( Pam) Schwartz, of New Florence and Gary (Jeanie) Schwartz of Cole Camp and two sisters: Nancy ( Ernie) Pratt of New Franklin, Peggy Ballew of Fayette and his special friend Alice Zoellner of Wright City, many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Thursday Jan. 31 from 4-7 p.m. at McCoy -Blossom Funeral Homes & Cremation Center Troy. Memorial Service on Thursday Jan. 31 at 7 p.m. at McCoy-Blossom Funeral Homes & Cremation Center Troy.
