Annual Dinner and Auction for Eolia Community FPD
Eolia Community FPD’s Annual Dinner and Auction is to be held on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Clopton High School in Clarksville, Mo. The evening will begin at 6 p.m. with dinner and the silent auction followed by the Live Auction at 7 p.m.
The Eolia Community FPD is an all-volunteer fire department, funded primarily through memberships and fundraising events such as the annual dinner auction as well as smaller events (car washes, etc.). The department is not supported through taxes. Proceeds from the event will go towards upgrading equipment, training and awareness to support our community in case of a fire or other event.
They would greatly appreciate any contributions toward their auction. Past donations have included but were not limited to; merchandise, gift certificates for business services, promotional items, handcrafted items, and monetary gifts. Donations are tax deductible and it would be appreciated if they arrived by Friday, March 22.
