Bodine Hunger drive

Bodine Troy, St. Louis and Jackson, Tenn., competed against each other for collecting most pounds of food per team member. A friendly competition between plants, the event engages team members in a fun activity presented by Bodine’s Diversity Task Force. Each plant ran a second competition between the three shifts to amp up the competition further.

Bodine team members from all three plants did an outstanding job of collecting nearly 41,000 pounds – that’s about 25 Tundra truckloads! Since 2010, the “Bodine Food Fight – Fight Against Hunger” has donated 133,263 pounds and the food has been distributed to local food pantries to help neighbors in need.

In Troy, Bodine collected as schools break for summer, food pantries see a rise in need.
