Record number entries in Memories on Main St. car show
Judges are looking over this 1969 Roadrunner entered by local businessman Bryce Harris.
A record number of entries (250) helped make the recent Memories on Main Street Car Show a huge success. This was sponsored by the Convention and Visitors Bureau of the Troy Area Chamber of Commerce and many participating local businesses.
Bruce Underwood with his Impala sports coupe won the Best of Show award. Other special awards were: Mayor’s Choice-Dallas Warren, Ford Thunderbird; Best Chrome-Mackey Young, 1952 Chevrolet pickup; Best Paint-Hoot Jones, 1966 Nova; and Most Unique, Jerry Kilch, 1925 Model T C-Cab.
