Charges have been filed on a Troy man after an investigation by the Troy Police Department.  Marvin Paladini was taken into police custody after he allegedly exposed himself to three neighborhood children.

Paladini of the 200 block of Gobbler Drive is charged with three counts of felony sexual misconduct involving a child younger than 15.

According to police, about 6:20 p.m. Wednesday (Oct. 16), a woman called police and said that her three children — ages 11, 12 and 13 — had been outside playing the backyard when the alleged incident occurred.

According to court documents, Paladini was pulling his pants down and playing with himself

Police questioned Palladini, who denied the behavior, but said he had been urinating in his back yard, police said.

Palladini is being held in the Lincoln County Jail on $50,000 cash-only bail.

Those charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
