Re-affirms commitment

The executive council for the D.A.R.T. (Drug Alcohol Reduction Team) and others signed a charter re-affirming their commitment to make Lincoln County a better community and reduce alcohol and drug abuse. Dr. Tim Reller, Elsberry R-II superintendent, had signed it earlier. D.A.R.T. is a community coalition representing the law enforcement, judicial system, community, medical, schools and service providers. They meet monthly to help educate the community on current substance abuse issues.
