Safe Food Handler Certificate classes
Recommendations and guidelines for temporary food service establishments are constantly being evaluated. What better way to keep up to date, then to attend a Certified Food Handlers Class at the Lincoln County Health Department? It is a requirement under the Lincoln County food ordinance, for a certified food handler to be present when food is prepared and/or served to the public. This course will focus on proper food preparation, personal hygiene, sanitation procedures, and permit requirements, as well as answers to recent questions the office has received regarding Baked Good requirements.
