The Winfield wrestling team dropped three matches Thursday, Dec. 6 in their quad meet at Fort Zumwalt East. The Warriors were defeated by the host Ft. Zumwalt East 57-24. They also lost to Union 48-24 and to Principia 42-24.

Kyle Lippmann, 3-0, pinned his opponent from FZE in 1:26, pinned his opponent from Union in 1:10 and won by forfeit from Principia.
Cree Foeller, 3-0, pinned his opponent from FZE in 4:57, defeated his opponent from Union 13-10, and won by forfeit against Principia.
Kirk Howard, 3-0, won all three matches by forfeit.
Zach Ham, 2-1, was pinned by FZE in 3:24, pinned his opponent from Union in 1:08, and pinned his opponent from Principia in 0:58.
Eric Nevels, 1-2, defeating his opponent from Union 8-6.
JJ Javaux, 1-2, pinned his opponent from FZE in 3:52.
The Winfield wrestling team competed in the Union Wrestling Tournament on Saturday December 8th. The Warriors finished 9th out of 10 teams entered. The team standings were:
