Christmas tradition

Community spirit was alive Christmas Day as the Lincoln County Christmas Day Dinner was held. This year, the event was in honor of William Dunlap, a longtime member of the Missouri State Highway Patrol who passed away earlier this year. Coordinated by Ralph Coose with the assistance of many individuals and businesses, there were 260 free meals delivered to homes and more than 130 served at the St. Stephen United Methodist Church. The meals were prepared by Zadocks Restaurant.  Pictured are, Rudy and Mary McCann were among those enjoying the meal.
