Carolyn Ann (Thornhill) Cook, (49), passed away in her home in Brentwood, Calif. on April 28. She fought a valiant battle against a very painful cancer for over two years. Carolyn was the daughter of Sam and Leona Thornhill, both Lincoln County Mo. natives, who moved their young family to Antioch, Calif. in 1957.
