2015 St. Charles Invitational Results for Troy Buchanan. The meet was held Jan. 17 and 18. 106 – Jacob Williams (28-7) placed second and scored 20 team points. Champ. Round 1 – Jacob Williams won by fall over Levi Buer (Fall 1:30). Quarterfinal – Jacob Williams won by decision over Freddrick Johnson (Hazelwood East) 21-7 (Dec. 8-5).Semifinal – Williams won by decision over Dominic Kennedy (Dec. 9-7). 1st Place Match

    Troy Buchanan High School welcomed another Troy Alumni into the Trojan Elite club as Emily Crane was presented with the award on Dec. 19. Emily was part of the first group of individuals to be inducted into the Trojan Elite last year, but was unable to attend the ceremony.   • Win elusive for Indians, Brown lost due to injury

  • Shoot-out at Playoffs in Winfield

    Year number six of the Wednesday night 8-ball tournaments at Playoffs in Winfield was completed on December 17 without any serious problems. There were some minor issues that were immediately resolved, but all went well. The worst issue was when an old school hustler was caught and permanently barred from the tournaments.   • First Rotary Robotics competition successful

    The Belton Cyber Pirates claimed top prize at the first-ever Troy Rotary Robotics Invitational hosted in conjunction with the Troy Middle School Technology Student Association (TSA) on December 13, 2014. The Rotary Club awarded the Cyber Pirates $1,000 for the Excellence Award at the tournament at the Ninth Grade Center. Rotarian Gary Sheller of Sheller Financial also awarded an additional $1,000 in cash prizes to teams at the Ninth Grade
