Boone and Lincoln Elementary were privileged to host Marshall the Miracle Dog and hear his powerful journey to finding his now forever home with mom Cyndi Willenbrock.     Mandy a 12 yr. old german sheppard mix from Troy belonging to Mike Smith was named Queen of the Animal Protection Assoc. Canine Carniva on Oct.7 in Ladue Mo. She won after recieving the most votes on the APA website., Jeniffer Blome and Pat McGonigle of KSDK 5 made the prestentation on the main stage.
