Sauer gets turkey

Garrett Sauer  shot a  23-lb turkey on the family farm located at Truxton. He used a box call from Calico Creek Calls, which he received as an Easter gift from mom and dad.  He attends the Ninth Grade Center and is actively involved in  Marching Band, FFA, local youth hunting, fishing and community services.     Troy Trojans have met with mixed results on the diamond in recent days. On April 21, they withstood a three-run rally in the bottom of the seventh inning in a 6-5 win over Wentzville Timberland. The Wolves outhit Troy 10-8 and Troy committed four errors leading to some unearned runs.
