Starting September 29, 2014, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and Bright Futures Lincoln County will begin a coat campaign to provide gently-used winter coats to children in need.     Dr. Kristen Elaine Young, formerly of Troy, graduated from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in May 2014 after having received the Department of Family Medicine Award, Adler Scholarship (for research that she conducted during school), and the Doris Thomasi Scholarship over the course of her medical school training.
