    Barb Hatcher will lead New Horizons High School beginning July 1, 2014. The Lincoln County R-III School District hired Hatcher to succeed Dr. Amy Salvo after transferring to Troy Middle School to become associate principal.     The Winfield R-IV school district has set the dates for New Student Registration for the 2014-15 School Year for grades K-12.
