The Choral Arts Singers have announced details of their upcoming Christmas concerts. Choral Arts Singers is directed by Amy Gatschenberger. In addition to “A Charlie Brown Christmas”, other selections are: part of Vivaldi, “Gloria;” John Rutter, “I wish you Christmas”; “Away in a Manger”; and “Jingle Bell Rock”.     The Troy Buchanan High School Drama Department’s production of “All Shook Up,” a musical by Joe DiPietro, will open on Thursday, 11/20 and run through Saturday 11/22.     Troy Elks Lodge #2805 will be hosting its annual Hoop Shoot Contest on Saturday, Dec. 6 at the Troy Middle School Gymnasium.     Boy Scout Pack 395 Den 2, received some exciting news at their Oct. 28 meeting. The group of boys had worked hard from May – Sept. doing community service work painting Troy city park picnic tables. The boys painted 17 tables to help beautify the city parks.     A new accessible fishing dock at Cuivre River State Park was officially open for the public on Wednesday, Oct. 29. Guests were invited to enjoy a brief dedication ceremony that was held at 2 p.m. at the park boat ramp near the fishing dock.
