Jessica Geiger will never forget the sight of her niece attending D.A.R.T.’s first addiction awareness rally three years ago. “She stood holding a tiny sign that read ‘We miss you,’” recalled Jessica.     The Lincoln County Democratic Club will hold a registration drive on Saturday, September 20 at the headquarters on 300 Main st. in Troy. The deadline to register for the Nov. 4 election is October 8.
