Baker and Seago unite in marriage

Elizabeth Ann Baker, of Springfield, Ill. and Matthew Allen Seago, of Troy, Mo. were united in marriage on May 17, 2014 at Buena Vista Farms in Jacksonville, Ill. during a beautiful outdoor ceremony. They had a reception for family and friends that followed.

Elizabeth is the daughter of Timothy and Jan Baker, of Springfield, Ill. She is the granddaughter of Bill and Mary McKenzie, of Springfield, Ill. and Joan Baker, of Springfield, Ill. Elizabeth is a Springfield High graduate and a Lincoln Land Community College graduate of 2013. Elizabeth is currently a RN/Clinical Research Coordinator at the Arthritis Center.

Matthew is the son of Tim and Kathy Seago, of Troy. He is the grandson of Paul and Carol Martin, of Winfield and Rev. James and Delores Seago, Laquey, Mo. Matthew is a 2008 Troy Buchanan High School graduate and a 2012 Quincy University graduate. Matthew is currently employed by Lowenhaupt Global Advisors.

The maid of honor was Abbi Stewart, of Springfield, Ill. Bridesmaids were: Erin Hovey, friend of the bride, from Springfield, Ill.; Rachael Seago and Elizabeth Seago, both sisters of the groom, from Troy, Mo.; and Mary Richardson, cousin of the bride, from Springfield, Ill.

The best man was Nate Heryford, friend of the groom, from St. Charles, Mo. Groomsmen were: DJ Lampert, friend of the groom, from St. Louis, Mo.; Tim Baker, Matt Baker and Josh Baker, brother of the bride, from Springfield, Ill.

The ring bearers were Rock Daniels, cousin of the bride, Springfield, Ill. and Andrew Schade, cousin of the groom, High Ridge, Mo.

Flower girls were Maria Johnson, cousin of the bride, Springfield, Ill. and Sydney Martin, cousin of the groom, Winfield, Mo.
