Visitation for Braden Allen Darty, age 12, of Wentzville, will be held April 29 from 4-8 p.m. at the Pitman Funeral Home, Wentzville. Interment will be held in the Evergreen Cemetery in Omaha, Neb.
Darty passed away April 25, 2013, at his residence in Wentzville.
He was born June 15, 2000, in Lincoln. Neb., the son of Michael and Heidi Darty. They survive. Other survivors include one sister, Alina Darty, of Wentzville; grandparents Lee an Marie Simmons; grandmother, Sharon Darty and great-grandfather, Lloyd Giem.
Braden was a student who loved math and science and was an avid reader. He enjoyed the outdoors and loved animals, especially his dogs. He aspired to b a chef or a doctor.

Funeral service for Donald Edward Lowry, 71, Troy, was held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at the Pitman Funeral Home in Wentzville. Visitation was held from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. that same day. Interment followed in a private famiy cemetery.
Mr. Lowry passed away April 20, 2013, at his residence.
He was born Nov. 24, 1941, in St. Louis, the son of James and Virginia Lowry.
Survivors include his wife, Jean, of Troy; one son, Chad Lowry, of St. Peters’ three sisters, Beverly Knoll, of Jefferson City, Janet Kowalski, of Warrenton and Debbie Schepker, of Edgewood, Wash.’ one grandson, Devon Lowry and one granddaughter, Katelyn McCoy.
Mr. Lowry worked 44 years as a produce clerk for Shop N Save.

Elaine Caroline Sanderson, age 65, of Olney, passed away Friday April 26, 2013 at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am, Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at the Olney Methodist Church with Rev Mark Spence officiating. Burial will be in the Olney Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday April 29, 2013 from 4-8 pm at the Mudd-Veach Funeral Home in Bowling Green.
Mrs. Sanderson was born Jan. 23, 1948 in Whiteside, the daughter of Robert Francis and Mary Graves Magruder. On Sept. 10, 1967, she married Steve Sanderson in Whiteside. He survives. Other survivors include one son, Todd Sanderson, of Olney; one brother, Bobby Magruder and wife, Lee Ann, of Eolia; one sister Janice Baze and husband, Steve, of O’Fallon; and several nieces and nephews.
Elaine grew up in Whiteside and after marriage lived in Olney for 46 years. She worked as a secretary at the Sanderson Elevator in Olney and was a member of the Olney Methodist Church where she was very active. Elaine had been a cook at the Country Aire Restaurant in Olney, worked as a realtor for Coose Realty in Troy and babysat for many children.

Robert Sneed, 64, of Silex, passed away on April 25, 2013, at St. Joseph West Hospital in Lake Saint Louis.
He is survived by two sons: Nick Tedeschi, of St. Louis, Bobby Sneed, of St. Louis; one daughter, Sydney Sneed; his girlfriend, Connie Tedeschi, of High Ridge and many other relatives and friends.
Robert was preceded in death by his wife and his parents.
