The Lincoln County Health Department has scheduled three Safe Food Handling Certification Classes for 2013 for anyone planning to prepare or serve food in Lincoln County. They will be held on Tuesday, January 29, Wednesday, February 20 and Thursday, March 21. All participants will take a test at the end of the class for certification in safe food handling.
Class will be held in the Community Room at the South Entrance of the Health Department, located at #5 Health Department Drive in Troy. Registration will begin at 6 p.m. and class will commence promptly at 6:15 p.m. All students will receive a packet of information and some items needed for safe food preparation.
