For Toyota Bodine team members, the plant’s annual golf tournament is time to work on their golf swing, build team camaraderie, and give back to the community. During the tournament, team members can make a donation for a mulligan swing, and this year’s beneficiary was PALS Animal Shelter.  PALS is Lincoln County’s 100 percent non-profit and no-kill animal shelter.

After receiving a donation of more than $1,000 from the tourney last month, Jennifer Raeker-Bickel, president of PALS, said, “Donations are the way we survive, and money like this is an unbelievable gift to us. Our vet bills alone are $5,000 – $6,000 a month.”

Toyota Bodine plans to continue this effort for years to come.
