Jo-Ann L. Eisenbeis, 75, of Troy, passed away Friday Sept. 21, 2012, at her home.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Monday Sept. 24, 2012, at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Millwood with Fr. Charles Tichacek officiating. Burial was in the St. Alphonsus Cemetery. Visitation was held from 4-8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 23, at the Mudd-Veach Funeral Home in Silex.
She was born March 3, 1937, in St. Louis, the daughter of Roy and Lois Harrington McCreary. On June 23, 1956 in Jennings, she married Bob Eisenbeis. He survives. Also surviving are two sons Gary Eisenbeis and Steven Eisenbeis, both of Troy; one daughter Debra Stout and husband, David, of Silex; 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; two brothers Richard McCreary and wife, Sandra, of Troy, James McCreary of the state of Florida; one sister Karin Pentz and husband, Robert, of Hillsboro and one daughter in law, Tina Eisenbeis of Bowling Green.
Mrs. Eisenbeis lived in St. Louis until the age of 13. She then moved to Hillsboro where she lived until her marriage. She was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus Council 2009 auxiliary member and a member of the Quail Ridge Horseshoe Club. She volunteered at church functions, the Campfire Girls, Boy Scouts of America and at the Lincoln County Council Division of Aging Meals on Wheels. Mrs. Eisenbeis enjoyed making ceramics and in her younger years she enjoyed bowling. She loved reading, country living and music, visiting with her family and friends and especially spending time with her grandchildren.

Mary Marilla Melito, 95, of Foley, passed away Sept. 20, 2012, at the Lincoln County Medical Center in Troy.
Funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24, 2012, at the Pitman Funeral Home,. Wentzville. Visitation was held that day from 10 a.m. until time of service.
Mrs. Melito was employed as an assembly line worker.
Barbara “Barb” Joyce Skinner, 63, of Moscow Mills, passed away at her home on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012.
She was born on Oct. 27, 1948, in St. Louis. Barbara is the daughter of Robert and Helen (Gawlak) Kraft.
Barbara grew up with her three brothers and two sisters. After her formal schooling she worked as a clerk for the Aromark Company in St. Louis. She was blessed with one son, Ronald Skinner Jr.
Barbara will be greatly missed by all those who knew & loved her.
She is survived by her son, Ronald Skinner Jr; her three brothers: Ronald and wife, Margie Kraft, Bob and wife, Robin Kraft, and Jeff and wife, Patty Kraft; her two sisters: Carol and husband Gordon Oderman and Debbie Williams
