On Friday, April 5, First Baptist Christian Academy hosted the Association of Christian Schools (ACSI) District Science Fair. Thirteen local students from FBCA, grades 3-8, earned the opportunity to present Life Science and Physical Science projects by winning top Superior Ratings at the local FBCA Science Fair held on Thursday, March 1.

Five schools joined FBCA: Christian Middle School, O’Fallon; Christian Elementary School, St. Peters; Willot Road Christian Academy, St. Charles; Victory Christian Academy, St. Louis; and Concord Christian School, Jefferson City. Altogether, 35 projects presented by 38 students were judged. Points awarded could earn a project either a Superior, Excellent, or Good rating. Only Superior projects are eligible for medals. This year, FBCA students earned eight of eleven gold medals awarded.
