Posted on Monday, July 8, 2013 at 8:50 am

Eight Silex FFA members plus our new advisor, Mr. O’Brien, attended Chapter Officer Retreat at the Mark Twain Lake at the Dry Dock Campsite. Members attending were: James Lasater, Brandelyn Martin, Brandi Peasel, Jeffrey Twellman, Maggie Kientzy, Taylor Eisenbath, Goeff Cox and Maria Gissenaas. Members worked on the year’s program of activities to further develop a sense of community at the Silex FFA Chapter. The Chapter Officers brainstormed new ideas to further our chapter’s success. Besides covering a lot of business, the  Silex FFA Officers had a lot of fun tubing on the lake and learning more about each other.
