A helping hand goes a long way

In the towing industry, experience is everything. Having the necessary expertise ensures safety, proper care of motor vehicles during the towing process, and helps to avoid any potential dangers.

These are all things that Eric Dunlap values and insists on in the eight years of owning Priority One Towing, Recovery, & Services.

With nearly three decades of towing experience, Dunlap believes that going the extra mile is key. Since towing a vehicle is more inconvenience and irritation for the customer, Dunlap says all employees do their best to make the situation as efficient and easy as possible for the customer. Foremost, safety and a friendly and helpful attitude are priority number one.

“The first thing is to make sure the customer is ok,” Dunlap said. “Make sure they got a ride. If not, get them to a safe location. Then get your car safely off the side of the road.”

The busiest times of the year for towing according to Dunlap include the winter months for inclement weather, breakdowns, and any accidents.

The summer months are also busy with overheating vehicles, higher temperatures, and increased travel. Open 24/7, Priority One Towing, Recovery, & Services offers towing, roadside assistance, roadside lockouts, mechanic work, flatbed service, light duty equipment towing, and motorcycle towing.

Besides expert knowledge and a commitment to phenomenal service and top notch safety measures and practices, Dunlap says it’s all about helping others.

“Putting a smile on someone’s face is priceless,” he said. “We’re not in this business to be millionaires. We’re in this business to help. We’re in this business to save people money and make sure that people can afford to live today.”
