Fred Gardner, of Winfield, MO, passed away Satur­day, January 11, 2025, at the age of 92. Beloved son of the late Frederick Oliver and Gladys Bertha Gardner; devoted father of Steve (Susan) Gardner, Tina Gardner, and Randy Scott Gardner; cherished grandfather of Jason (Kristi) Gardner, Kyle (Kassy) Gardner, Paige (Blake) Campbell, Aaron Gardner, Bridget Gardner, and Courtney Gardner; treasured great grandfather of Lydia, McKenna, Shaelynn, and Brayden Gardner; dear brother of Shirley McGrath. Fred is also preceded in death by his son, Brian Keith Gardner and his sister, Betty Gardner.
 Fred was employed at McDonnell-Douglas and retired in the mid-1990s. He had a deep love for the outdoors, enjoying activities like hunting, fishing, hiking, or simply relaxing outside with a beer while watching the birds. Fred was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
