Juanita June Bowman, 73, of Troy, Missouri, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 27, 2025, surrounded by her family at her residence in Troy, Missouri.
She was born on June 6, 1951, in New Madrid, Missouri, and was the daughter of Walter and Anna Mae (Shaw) Bowman.  
Juanita attended New Madrid High School. She was a nurse’s aide for the Four Seasons Assisted Living in Moscow Mills, Missouri, for 42 years. Juanita was a hard worker and had a passion for caring for others. She had a love for animals.
Juanita enjoyed the time she spent with her family, especially her nieces, and nephews. In her earlier years, she liked being outdoors, and hunting. Juanita was a kind and loving woman. She was always there to help others in need. Juanita had the most beautiful blue eyes and a contagious laugh.  
Juanita is survived by her brother and sisters: Laura White (Yvone), Walter Bowman, Jr, Connie Blevins (Patrick), Barbara Hechler, Shirley Joslyn, Peggy Kenney (Michael), Linda Talley, and Kathryn Vaughn; two half-brothers: Charles Bowman and Kenneth Bowman; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Anna Mae Bowman; siblings: Tony Bowman, Wanda Dunard, and Merlin Bowman. 
Family and friends will be received from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at KEMPER-KEIM Family Funeral Chapel located at 351 Monroe Street Troy, MO 63379. The funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at KEMPER-KEIM Family Funeral Chapel in Troy, MO. Interment will be held at New Galilee Cemetery.
