Funeral Services for Inga Maye Schalk of O’Fallon, MO will be at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at Whispering Winds Cemetery near Winfield, MO. Fr. Richard Rath, pastor of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church near Old Monroe, MO will officiate. Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons and great-grandsons.
 Inga, 88, passed away Sunday night, March 16, 2025, at her home. Born November 27, 1936, in Reno, NV, she was the daughter of Carl Edwin and Ella Maye Harris Henrickson.
 Inga worked as a manufacturing computer instructor for McDonnell Douglas, retiring after 23 years of employment. She was a member of Assumption Catholic Church in O’Fallon.
 Inga was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Ella Henrickson; three sisters: Frances Long, Carla West, and Edna Jo Goodwin; and one daughter, Sandra.
 Survivors include four children: Victor Henrickson of Troy, MO, Dennis Schalk and his wife, Betty, of Wentzville, MO, Diana Dunlap and her husband, Lowel, of Winfield, and Brenda Taylor and her husband, Philip, of Fair Grove, MO; ten grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren. Inga also leaves one brother, Larry “Butch” Vaughn of Ohio; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
 Visitation will be held from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.
