Black, Dr. Bremer join BOOM Board

OLD MONROE – Cuivre River Bancshares, Inc., the holding company for Bank of Old Monroe, recently announced the appointment of two board members, Dale Black and Dr. Darren Bremer.

Black has been a leader in real estate sales and development in Lincoln and surrounding counties for over 30 years. He is the owner of CMS Homes, and owner and managing partner of Black and Associates, a real estate firm.
In addition to his membership on the Cuivre River Bancshares Board, Dale is well known for his ongoing dedication to various community organizations over the years including the Lincoln County R-III School Board, St Louis Area Home Builders Association, Earthwise Industries, Boone Center and Cuivre River Electric’s Operation Round-Up. Dale has extensive knowledge of the growing needs of the community.

Dr. Bremer graduated from SIUC in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in physiology, minor in chemistry, and graduated from SIU Dental School of Medicine in 2004. He has been in business for 21 years. He is a member of the American Dental Assoc., Missouri Dental Assoc. and Greater St. Louis Dental Society.
His practice, Advanced Dental of Wentzville, offers a full range of procedures from extractions and implants to full mouth rehabilitation, crowns and veneers. Dr. Bremer also treats patients with sleep apnea and TMD.
