Todd passed away June 20, 2025 at his home at Festus, MO. He was 44 years old. Funeral services will be held at Olney Cemetery at 11:00 a.m., July 12, 2025. Lunch will follow at the Olney Methodist Church, 82 Ninevah Rd. Rev. Jack Gillespie will officiate the service.
 Todd was born July 15, 1980 in St. Charles County. He was adopted with open arms to Steve and Elaine Sanderson. No other parents could be so proud. Todd grew up with several friends at Silex school, as he told me not too long ago, they scoured the country from Middletown to Hawk Point on the back roads riding 4 wheelers. After high school, Todd was schooled at the Operating Engineers Local 513 at Eolia. He enjoyed the work and expressed how he loved the boring machines and backhoe equipment working with Billy Sullivan’s Company and others, for several years. He also drove a truck for his dad hauling steel and grain.
 Preceding in death by his unborn baby boy, Malachi on June 18, 2019, and his mother Elaine Magruder Sanderson on April 26, 2013.
 Todd is survived by his parents, Steve and Step-Mother Martha Sanderson; step sister Bobbi Luebbert of Holts Summit, MO.; uncle Bobby Magruder of Elioa; aunts Marlene Kut of Ballwin, MO, Janice Baze; and numerous cousins.
 Todd was united in marriage to Courtney Haggard of Festus, MO., August 16, 2018 and with three beautiful children; Liam, Gwen and Roland. Todd and Courtney had two more children; Elaina Nicole, April 15, 2020 and Judah Howard, February 1, 2022.
 Todd was very faithful with church in the Festus area. He loved and knew the Lord. We were blessed to see Todd baptized at Bethel Church in Festus.
