Billie Jo Brown, 79, of Elsberry, passed away Dec. 23, 2024 her home.

Visitation was held Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2024 at Carter- Ricks Funeral Home in Elsberry. Burial followed in the Elsberry City Cemetery.
