BILL WILCOCKSON

 Bill Wilcockson passed away Monday, February 24, 2025, with his family by his side. Bill was born May 16, 1935 at the family farm in Lorado, Arkansas to Samuel Anderson Wilcockson and Emma Cleveland Wilcockson.
 Bill moved to the St. Louis Area in 1954-55 and worked 40 years at McDonnell Douglass Aircraft. Bill was a 60-plus-year member of International Associ­ation of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM.)
 Bill grew up surrounded by farm work, cattle, hogs, cotton, fruit orchards and his family sold a lot of goods. Bill enjoyed his Fox Trotter horses growing up and rode them many miles every day. The old timers told many stories of him and his friends riding back in the day.
 Bill was proceeded in death by his wife Betty Beck Wilcockson of 69 years; his parents; two brothers: Winford “Dude” Wilcockson, Alfred “Tuck” Wilcock­son; sister Wiladean Wilcockson Perry and his grandson, Josh Wilcockson.
 He is survived by his children, Dave (Christine) Wilcockson, Troy, MO., Rick Wilcockson Troy, MO, Judy(Gary)Cannon Whiteside, MO, Bruce (Cheryl) Wilcockson, Louisiana MO; grandchildren, Kelly (Ryan) Whitley, Kim (Cale) Cannon, Rebecca (Daniel) Kulp, Chad (Jesika) Wilcockson, Katie (Tom) Pace, Jeanette (Bryce) Menne, Andrew Fletcher, Angela (Adam) Kroeger, Elizabeth (Steve Corrier) Wilcockson, Samuel Wilcockson, Bruce (Stephanie) Wilcock, Matt Cannon, Michael (Elizabeth) Cannon, Lacey Wilcockson, The Late Josh Wilcockson, Jeremy Lyons ; great-grandchildren, Dylan Cannon, Jack Kulp, Reese Kulp, Ava Kulp, Lane Wilcockson, Evelyn Wilcock, Jase Whitley, Reagan Menne, Avery Menne, Jada Pace, Owen Pace, Dawson Pace, Annie Pace, Rhett Pace, Harrison Kroeger, Ivey Kroeger, Stella Kroeger­, Bowen Cannon, Shae Cannon, Isabel Cannon, John Luke Cannon, Anna Cannon, Elsie Cannon, Bryce Wilcockson and granddaughter on-the-way, many other relatives and friends.
 Bill had been retired for 29 years and enjoyed riding the cart at Walmart and chatting with people.
 Visitation was held on Sunday, March 2, 2025 from 11 a.m.- 2 p.m. at McCoy-Blossom Funeral Homes & Crematory 1304 Boone Street Troy, MO 63379.
 Funeral was held on Sunday, March 2, 2025 at 2 p.m. Rev. Nathan Adams officiating.
 Interment to follow at Troy City Cemetery.
