AURELIA MARTHA SCHUSTER
Aurelia Martha Schuster, 93, of Silex, Missouri, went home to the Lord on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at Lincoln County Nursing and Rehab in Troy, Missouri. She was born on September 23, 1931, in Friedheim, Missouri, and was the daughter of Theodore and Bessie (Warren) Tricky. Aurelia married the love of her life, Irvin Eugene Schuster on April 5, 1950 and they welcomed six children.
Aurelia was a homemaker, and she took great pride in raising her six children. She later went to work as a cafeteria cook for the St. Charles and Troy School District. Aurelia had a passion for cooking and could cook just about anything. She was known for her delicious pies made with love. Aurelia enjoyed quilting; she looked forward to quilting with the ladies at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Irvin and Aurelia were active members of the Hawk Point Baptist Church for several years. She made several quilts for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Aurelia was an animal lover, especially when it came to her chickens and deer. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Aurelia was always putting other needs before her own.
Aurelia is survived by her loving husband of 74 years, Irvin Eugene Schuster of Hawk Point, MO; six children: Martha Boling and husband Tom, Charles Schuster and wife Laura, Diane Speak and husband Mike, Janet Aaron and husband Terry, Robin Zim◤CO Check hyphenation◢merly and husband Joe and Donna Keller and husband Jim; thirteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers and sisters, including a very special twin sister: Aletha, Ruby, Ilene, Dewy and Bruett.
Family and friends were received from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at KEMPER-KEIM Family Funeral Chapel located at 41 Farm Lane Hawk Point, MO 63349. Funeral was held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at KEMPER-KEIM Family Funeral Chapel located at 41 Farm Lane Hawk Point, MO 63349.
