EDWARD TURNER


February 2, 1971 – March 12, 2025

 Edward D. Turner, 54, of Bowling Green, MO, formerly of Troy, MO, passed away at Country View Nursing Home in Bowling Green, MO. He had lived there for several years after a series of health events. Eddie was born on February 2, 1971 in Troy, MO to Lola Turner. He was the apple of her eye and went everywhere with her. Eddie was especially close with his grandparents, William and Dorothy Chandler. He graduated from Buchanan High School and worked a variety of jobs in town. Eddie worked at Kroger, Coca-Cola and even as a bus driver for the school district. He always had a smile on his face and loved to make friends. His best friend was his dog Teagan and was his constant companion as long as his health permitted. Teagan still lives with his relative, Tracey. He will be sadly missed and long remembered by all those who knew and loved him.
 He is survived by his beloved dog, Tegan, Uncle: William Chandler/wife: Joan Chandler of Douglassville PA; cousins: Kristine Horst/husband Robin Horst of Nashville TN and their daughter, Michaela Mitchell, Jill Symmonds/husband Jerry Symmonds of O’Fallon MO and their children, Jamie Symmonds and Mandy Symmonds, Tammy Chandler of Albuquerque, NM and her children, Corey Chandler (Deceased) Travis Chandler and Tracy Chandler of St. Louis MO.
 He was preceded in death by his mother: Lola Chandler of Troy MO, Grandparents: William Chan­dler SR and Dorthy Chandler of Troy MO, Uncles: Thomas Chandler and Gerald Chandler of Troy MO.
 Eddie was deeply loved and will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
 A Special Thanks to Community Loving Care Hospice and Country View Nursing Facility in Bowl­ing Green, MO, who took loving care of him.
