Ronald D. Palitzsch, 71 of Warrenton, MO passed away peacefully on July 16, 2025. Ron was born April 10, 1954, in Troy, MO. He was the son of the late Vernon Palitzsch and Georgia Palitzsch nee Asher of Warrenton, MO.

Ron was preceded in death by his brothers Raymond Lanzone, George Lanzone, Richard Palitzsch, John Palitzsch Nephews Tim Palitzsch, Trent Palitzsch, and Great Niece Katrina Pettig.
He is survived by his Significant other and Best Friend of 20 Years Sandra Davidson, Ex Wife and 43 Years Business Partner Janet Palitzsch, and Adopted Son and Business Partner Kevin (Angela) Mitchell. Sisters-In-Law Beverly Palitzsch and Carol Palitzsch, Nieces and Nephews Rick (Amy) Palitzsch, Tommy (Missy) Palitzsch, Vicki (Toby) Gee, Dean (Theresa) Lanzone, Debby Pettig with many great-nieces and nephews. Ron never had any biological children but raised many throughout his years.
Ron was a 1972 graduate of Warrenton High School. He owned multiple bars and restaurants from the mid 1970’s to present. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, snow skiing, boating and shooting pool and serving people whether with food or laughs. Ron and his dogs were always lucky, winning prizes and raffles all over the area. Ron was a member of numerous community organizations, he was a charter member of Warrenton Elks Lodge #2662, Warrenton Lions Club and Warren County Rotary Club.
In Ron’s memory, as a huge supporter of the Warrenton Community, memorial donations can be made to the Warrenton High School Alumni Association.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, August 17, 2025, 10:00A.M. at Warrenton Elks Lodge. A celebration of life gathering will immediately follow the service to honor Ron’s life until 3:00 P.M.
