Old Threshers hosting annual event this weekend

ELSBERRY – Make plans now as the 56th Annual Lincoln County Old Threshers is in full swing.

The four-day event began on Thursday and runs through Sunday.

Young and old alike attend for the outside activities that are offered. People have already reserved all the camping spots anticipating the great weather, and vendors of all kinds will be on the grounds all weekend.

Friday night will feature a truck pull and Saturday night music will be provided by Crowley Ridge Band. A MOSAC antique tractor pull will play out Sunday morning.

Also open are the food court, flea market, antique tractor displays, and displays of steam engines.

Bryan Gottfried, Association President, invites everyone to come out and experience the event, whether you are a regular or a first timer.

Favorites every year for the crowds to enjoy are various kinds of music, threshing, tractor parade, and activities for the kids.

Check out the website at www.lincolncountyoldthresher.org for more activities and times.

The LCOTA grounds are located at Walnut Farms at the intersection of Hwy NN and B. Admission is at the gate, but good for all four days.
