JAIMI BURBRIDGE

Funeral Services for Jaimi Lin Burbridge of Troy, MO (formerly of Elsberry) will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 22, 2025 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Elsberry. Rev. Kris Hagemeier, pastor of Elsberry First Christian Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Elsberry City Cemetery in Elsberry. Serving as pallbearers will be Yancy Burbridge, Howland Buddy Burbridge, Jason Gladney, Jordan Gladney, Adam Hammers, Mason Hammers and Larry Porter. Jaimi, 48, was born on May 5, 1977 in Troy, MO, the daughter of Robert and Linda Briscoe Gladney. She passed away early Friday morning, September 12, 2025 at her home near Troy. Raised in Elsberry, Jaimi was a 1995 graduate of Elsberry High School and attended Southwest Missouri State University. Jaimi was united in marriage on March 16, 2002 at Star Hope Baptist Church near Elsberry to Yancy Dale Burbridge. This union was blessed with two children, Savanah Jordan and Howland Dale Buddy. They enjoyed The River, camping, boating, anything outdoors and relaxing in the pool. Jaimi worked for Kolb Grading in St. Charles, MO for over 20 years, working her way up from payroll, to Project Coordinator, Bid Coordinator and then becoming the first female Project Manager/Estimator. She accepted every challenge and exceeded it with grace and excellence.
Jaimi was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Denny Burbridge in 2013; and her grandparents: Lucy and Billy Bob Briscoe and Sarah Kathryn and Cyrus Gladney.
Survivors include her beloved husband of 23 years, Yancy Burbridge of Troy; one daughter, Savanah Burbridge; and one son, Howland Buddy Burbridge, both of Troy. Jaimi also leaves her parents, Robert Bob and Linda Gladney of Elsberry; two brothers: Jason Gladney and his wife, Robin, and Jordan Gladney and his wife, Erica, all of Elsberry; one sister, Josie Hammers and her husband, Adam of Troy; her mother-in-law, Gloria Burbridge of Elsberry; five sisters-in-law: Lena Rivers and her husband, Steve, Denise Wolf and her husband, Donnie, Debbie Bedinghaus, Danielle Wood and her husband, Landon, and Deirdre Sauberan and her husband, Ken; and was also loved by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
